 At EcoMattressDeals.com we want satisfied customers! That's why we came up with our 30 Day Peace of Mind Promise. Order any Eco Series mattress from us, and if for any reason you don't like it, simply let us know and we'll exchange it for free. If you decide that you'd rather not exchange, you can return any Eco Series mattress to us within 30 days. Simply request a return authorization from support@ecomattressdeals.com and we'll handle the rest.*

Defective Merchandise:

We carry the brands we do because of their dedication to quality. Many of our mattresses carry a 20 Year Warranty. If for any reason, you find your mattress or any other product to be defective, we will replace or refund your money completely. We're not in the business of peddling defective merchandise!**

In short - we will bend over backwards to make you happy. Happy customers refer their friends! Happy customers make us happy! Rest assured when you're buying from us, you're getting the best price and the best service out there.

*Memory Lane Mattresses, Bedding, Bed Frames, Mattress Foundations, and Waterbed materials are non-returnable (unless defective). If you purchase these products and return them, the retail price for these will not be refunded. Any charitable contributions associated with your order, as well as return shipping charges will also be deducted from your refund. We will be sure to communicate the full details of your refund (even though we don't think you'll ever need one!).

**You must notify support@ecomattressdeals.com within 72 hours of receipt that merchandise is defective. Merchandise that is returned as defective that shows signs of use, wear, tear, or dirt (not present on the product at delivery) will not be eligible for a refund.
